Training Within Industry - Job Instruction (JI)

Training Within Industry (TWI) Job Instruction Training is a comprehensive program designed to equip supervisors and trainers with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively instruct employees in performing job tasks correctly, safely, and efficiently. This course is based on the 4-Step Method of Job Instruction and utilizes tools such as the Job Breakdown Sheet and Training Timetable to establish standardized training and work processes.
