Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

**Green Belt certification/experience is a pre-requisite**

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt** training will equip participants with the knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement with your company, use Lean Six Sigma methodology and apply the correct tools and techniques to a Lean Six Sigma project. Upon completion of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training, participants will have the skills needed to lead Lean Six Sigma projects throughout their organizations to achieve significant financial impact and improve customer service.

• Data analysts, problem solvers and project team members

How is the class schedule structured?

Learners will participate in a total of 3 days, organized as follows:

• 2 days in class to cover core content

• Individual virtual office hour meeting with the instructor

Notes:

This course uses statistical analysis of data. Participants will be provided with course materials via digital download and should come to class with a device that has access to Excel as well as a Lean Six Sigma project identified for use during instruction.
