High-Impact Feedback and Listening

Course Description:


This comprehensive leadership development program integrates key skills from DDI’s leadership training programs, equipping participants with the tools to enhance self-awareness, communicate effectively, empower teams, and drive performance.

Participants will begin by exploring self-awareness and personal impact, learning how to leverage their strengths and manage blind spots to enhance leadership effectiveness (Leading Self: Turn Awareness into Impact). They will then develop skills to deliver and receive high-impact feedback that fosters trust, accountability, and growth (High-Impact Feedback and Listening).

Building on these foundations, participants will learn how to delegate effectively to engage and empower their teams, ensuring that responsibilities are distributed strategically to maximize productivity and development (Delegation: Engage and Empower People). Finally, they will develop coaching techniques to inspire and guide others, facilitating meaningful conversations that drive motivation, skill development, and performance improvement (Coaching: Move People Forward).

Through interactive exercises, real-world scenarios, and guided reflection, participants will leave with practical strategies to become more effective, people-centered leaders who inspire and enable success in themselves and their teams.
