This training course provides an overview of the IATF16949 and ISO 9001:2015 standards and how to effectively audit your existing quality management system. The course will also provide a focus on customer specific requirements and an overview of core tools.

Please bring a copy of your IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 Standards to class. Your Quality Manager or QMS designee should be able to provide this information.

• Review case study examples for element understanding
